HEFFY PROVOST, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Heffy Provost serves as Chief Executive Officer of AGDATA, leading the company’s overall strategic direction as an industry leader in software and data aggregation solutions in agriculture and animal health. Heffy joined AGDATA in June 2017 and brings more than 25 years of experience in developing and leading software and data solutions teams.

Over the course of his career in industries including beverage distribution, petroleum services, human capital management, and tax and accounting, Heffy has developed a strong background in supply chain solutions, mergers and acquisitions, business process outsourcing, and software as a service.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Heffy served as the EVP/GM for Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Division, a leading provider of cloud computing solutions for some of the largest accounting firms in the world. He has also held several executive positions with ADP, and has a BS in Business Administration from Saint Michaels College.

KELLE BARFIELD, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Kelle Barfield serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading the strategic execution and daily operations of AGDATA’s data management, marketing program management, analytics/marketing insights, and compliance solutions for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in crop sciences, animal health, and specialty chemicals.

She is focused on strengthening AGDATA’s culture of accountability to deliver innovative solutions and to provide an unbeatable service experience for AGDATA’s customers. Kelle is responsible for optimizing cross-functional effectiveness across AGDATA’s global engineering, operations, and product management organizations.

Kelle joined AGDATA in 2021 and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in software, financial services, and technology-enabled BPO industries. As a certified leadership coach and former educator, she brings a strong focus on personal, team, and organizational development to maximize organizational effectiveness.

She has built and led teams supporting every phase of the customer and product delivery lifecycles for both start-ups and large multinationals – translating strategy into operational reality and, ultimately, into an outstanding customer experience.

TRACEY RADER, VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCES

Tracey Rader serves as Vice President of Human Resources for AGDATA, leading all talent initiatives. She is accountable for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development and other key areas that attract top talent to AGDATA and make our company a great place to work. Tracey joined AGDATA in January 2017 after spending more than 15 years leading employee engagement programs and recruiting and retaining top talent.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Tracey spent time as a Business Partner in Human Resources at large organizations such as The Capital Group and Pearson Education. Most recently, she spent the last six years at Virtual Hold Technology leading the HR efforts to bring VHT from outdated to cutting edge by implementing technologies, culture initiatives, policies and programs that top talent expects in today’s market place. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Rider University.

STEVE MARTIN, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Steve Martin serves as Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s financial strategy in support of AGDATA’s consistent and ongoing growth. Joining in 2023, Steve brings more than 25 years of experience in business-focused finance and accounting management, contributing to significant long-term organic and acquisition-based growth.

Prior to joining AGDATA, Steve served as CFO at EPIC iO Technologies for three years, and at Iverify, which he led through the acquisition process to Securitas. Previously, Steve held Vice President, Controller and Director roles with rapid-growth companies including 16 years at Allied Universal as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, responsible for acquisition integration, shared services and financial accounting and reporting. Steve also spent 3 years with KPMG, is a Certified Public Accountant (CA-Inactive) and earned a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

NED BARDIC, CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

Ned Bardic serves as Chief Growth Officer for AGDATA, leading the company’s Sales and Marketing organizations. Joining in 2023, Ned’s extensive professional journey reflects a wealth of experience in agriculture, retail, and the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industries. Ned’s visionary approach emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decisions, with a consistent record of surpassing revenue targets. His dynamic leadership, rooted in mentorship and empowerment, fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Before joining AGDATA, Ned served as Chief Customer Officer and President at Farm Journal, overseeing a broad spectrum, including Corporate Revenues, Enterprise Solutions, and Technology Platforms. Prior to that his tenure as CEO of Insite AI involved pioneering high-growth AI/ML solutions for retail and CPG organizations. Ned has also served as the SVP of Consumer-Packaged Goods at Symphony Retail Ai and as Global President and Chief Customer Officer at Ensemble IQ where he contributed significantly to annual revenue and adeptly navigated valuation growth in a private equity-backed phase.

JOS VANDEVELDE, VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING

Jos serves as the Vice President of Engineering, where he and his team focus on the architecture, design, and delivery of AGDATA’s software products and solutions. Since joining in 2024, Jos has contributed over 25 years of experience in guiding and evolving global technology and engineering organizations, offering valuable insights and leadership to the team.

NITIN DEORE, MANAGING DIRECTOR AND VP OF ENGINEERING, AGDATA INDIA

Nitin Deore currently holds the position of Managing Director and Vice President of Engineering at AGDATA India, where he took charge in June 2022. In this pivotal role, Nitin is accountable for the establishment of AGDATA’s India Center of Excellence (COE) and the Engineering division. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, Nitin has consistently demonstrated his prowess in building and leading high-performing engineering teams. His focus extends to delivering cutting-edge platforms and customized solutions, leveraging the latest technologies.

Before joining AGDATA, Nitin served as the Director of Engineering at NICE India, leading the Performance Management suite of products. Nitin’s career journey includes collaborations with Silicon Valley startups, where he played a key role in developing SaaS solutions, including innovative work in Industry 4.0 and AI/ML products for retail customers. Nitin’s expertise spans multiple industries, including Pharmaceutical, Mechanical, Finance, Healthcare, and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). Nitin holds Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Law Graduations from Pune University.
